Over the past 20 years we have worked to develop procedures for the repair of Undercarriage Components, particularly D11 and D10 Cat, also 475 Komatsu Trackframes. We are regularly seeing our repaired Frames back after 20 – 30 000 hrs requiring little or no structural work, only changeout of Rollers, Idlers, Pins, Bearings and Seals before going out into service again.
