DRAGLINE & DIPPER BUCKET OVERHAUL

For many years we have carried out extensive Bucket Rebuilds including Dragline, Shovel and large Excavator Buckets. Through quality workmanship and experimenting with wear packages we have been able to save our customers many dollars in downtime and changeouts.

As well as repair of the Buckets we provide a complete service for repair of associated equipment such as:

  • Chains – new Links, Eyes or Bushes
  • We stock Induction Hardened Equaliser Shafts and Manganese Bushes
  • Stock many standard Hardened Pins and Bushes
  • Repair and Re racking of Dipper Handles
  • Snubber Brake Overhaul
  • Line Boring of Mounting Points and Bearing Journals
